">The Role of the Assistant Program Coordinator

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Program Coordinator to join our residential program team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Residential Counselors to provide direct support to individuals served, while also supervising overnight staff and providing administrative assistance to the Program Coordinator. ">
- Responsibilities will include developing and implementing person-centered care plans, facilitating community-based activities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery. ">
