- We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Program Coordinator to join our residential program team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Residential Counselors to provide direct support to individuals served, while also supervising overnight staff and providing administrative assistance to the Program Coordinator. - Responsibilities will include facilitating community-based activities, developing and implementing person-centered care plans, and participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery. ">

Requirements and Qualifications
