As a Clinical Director, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we serve, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee and monitor Behavioral Health Services to ensure compliance with DDS, DDA, and DC HCBS regulations
- Supervise behavior treatment service integrity and implement quality assurance measures
- Develop and enhance training programs for Behavioral Health staff and direct support professionals
- Collaborate with Service Coordination Organizations to develop individualized service plans
- Lead a team by interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring behavioral health professionals
- Engage in networking, research, and public speaking to expand the reach of behavioral health services
