REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong knowledge of wet cast or dry cast concrete production processes.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a concrete manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field - Or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to concrete manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures
- Lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of ASTM standards for manufactured concrete products
- Production experience in concrete manufacturing plant
