Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Digital Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in driving user engagement for a consumer-facing Panasonic Kitchen mobile app. This role involves overseeing content marketing strategies within the app, as well as across common social platforms, to build and maintain high levels of user interaction. The Digital Engagement Manager will use data and analytics to track performance, gain insights into customer behavior, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Key Accountabilities:
20% - 1. Content Marketing and Strategy:
Develop and implement content strategies that engage and retain mobile app users.
Partner with Fresco on identifying opportunities for catalogue building
Upload recipes to the Fresco platform
Create and oversee in-app messaging, push notifications, and other content that drives engagement and conversion.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms to support app usage and user retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader brand and marketing objectives.
20% - 2. Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze user engagement metrics within the app and across social platforms.
Utilize data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
Generate reports on app performance and make recommendations for optimizing user engagement based on insights of both App & Product
Continuously test new content formats, features, and engagement strategies, analyzing the results to determine impact.
20% - 3. Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and manage teams or partners across different geographic markets to ensure consistent execution of engagement strategies.
Foster collaboration across teams to share best practices, insights, and successes in driving engagement.
Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed to scale content production and execution.
20% - 4. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, customer service, and marketing, to ensure engagement strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for engagement-related initiatives, representing the interests of users and advocating for improvements to the mobile app experience.
20% - 5. User Experience Improvement:
Work with the Fresco product team to share insight for improvements to the overall user experience based on engagement data and customer feedback.
Recommend feature enhancements or new tools within the app & product to boost engagement, retention, and user satisfaction.

Education & Experience:
o Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
o Professional Experience:
5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or engagement management, preferably in a consumer-facing product or mobile app environment.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple geographies.
o Technical Skills:
Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel) to track and measure user engagement.
Experience with mobile app engagement platforms and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, and content distribution strategies. Competencies:
