About the Role:
Our International Real Estate Product Team is building a next-generation IoT-based solution to support one of our key global markets. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in IoT and hardware development to help lead this strategic initiative from ideation to launch. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IoT Product Development: Drive the development of innovative IoT products including smart devices, sensors, and connected hardware systems tailored for the retail environment.
- Hardware Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept, prototyping, and testing to manufacturing and scaling hardware solutions.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering (hardware/software), design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate business objectives into clear product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with international goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align on priorities.
- Support Retail Integration: While not mandatory, experience in retail/e-commerce will help in understanding product integration into the retail ecosystem.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Awareness: Apply knowledge of global supply chain and logistics to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of hardware products.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in IoT product management – ideally with smart devices, wearables, or connected systems.
- Strong understanding of hardware development processes, from prototyping to large-scale production.
- A track record of working across diverse teams in complex organizational structures.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart device ecosystems.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or large enterprise environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and global product rollouts is highly valued.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge communication between engineering and business teams.
