Requirements
- Looking for a candidate who knows the ticketing process.
- They will be looking at open tickets on a daily basis and if the ticket is going "off the rails" they need to correct it so it gets resolved quickly.
- This is a high volume position looking at over 60 calls per day.
- Updates, parts, tech ETA's and customer deferalls all need to be managed within the call.
- The candidate will reach out to field techs and managers to get updates and make sure the ticket gets completed in a timely manner.
- Hours of operation: M-F; 8:30 - 5:30 Eastern time Fully Remote.
