- Lead residential architectural projects from initial design through construction documentation.

- Create detailed construction drawings and manage the technical aspects of projects.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (required); Master’s Degree in Architecture (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in residential architectural design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of residential building codes and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
