What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Management and Property Control (TS/SCI w FSP) position at Open Systems Technologies Corporation?
NOTE : The primary tasking will be scanning property into the property control system.
The primary mission of the Sponsor Office is to provide leadership, oversight, and compliance assurance with regards to Sponsor accountable property - to include personal property, managed stock, and fleet management. The Office continues to drive worldwide visibility of Sponsor assets from acquisition through disposition in compliance with standards required for Sponsor auditable financial statements as mandated by Congress. The Office is medium sized staff with portfolios - Personal Property, Managed Stock and Fleet Management. Item Master Team is comprised of the 3 members that support those portfolios. The pace of work at times can be fast or slow depending on requirements. Analysis required, but very process oriented work (may become monotonous for processor). Accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely CRITICAL. Very transactional work and having the ability to research is important. Communication, whether written or verbal is key. There will be times, when Team oriented work is needed but the individual will have the ability to respond directly to Customers.
