Responsibilities
- Manage a book of work for adjustment reduction data governance and work with internal Technology teams to ensure book of work is planned and executed
- Raise any risks or issues and help navigate complex challenges to meet agree timelines for data adjustments book of work
- Ensure stakeholders from different systems are present to confirm requirements to reduce adjustments and track end to end progress through metrics reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting for data adjustments book of work
- Provide evaluative judgments based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Proven interpersonal, collaboration, diplomatic, influencing, planning and organizational skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
- Proven relationship management skills to partner and influence across organizational lines
- Demonstrated ability to be work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with proactive, decisiveness and flexibility
- Microsoft Excel skills required
- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Masters degree preferred
