Overview:
Open Systems Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data entry processes.
Responsibilities:
The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for entering/maintaining site database with accuracy and within assigned timelines. Additionally, you will provide clerical support for Investigator Services including faxing documents and follow up, filing and storage of documents, and other duties as assigned or required. Handling order supplies and resending reports received by fax or email will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma and strong organizational and communication skills. You must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
