Finance Transformation, Execution Program Manager
SVP level
The Finance Program Group is responsible for the successful delivery of regulatory and cross-product transformational Initiatives as part of Client’s Transformation. This role, as a member of the Finance Transformation Office, will provide data base and program execution support and leadership for Finance Program Groups Initiatives – including Treasury and Capital Spot RWA. This individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, much needed for senior level engagement. The individual is a self-starter and is capable of handling multiple priorities and use judgment to shift focus as needed. They are capable of handling pressure of a fast paced and complex environment. Often an in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis will be required to complete tasks and problem solve.
Key responsibilities
• Assist in project planning and coordination of day-to-day activities to guide delivery
• Collaborate with Senior Management on cross functional areas and other programs, as appropriate
• Produce senior management and regulatory decks and presentations
• Builds and manage relationships with key stakeholders, organizations, and business heads
• Manage internal and external dependencies, including working closely with stakeholders in risk, lines of business, technology and data
• Recommend ways to improve organization’s efficiency in program delivery and resource management
Knowledge, Experience, & Skills
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in program management
• Experience in management consultancy role
• Understanding of program management principles and ability to execute, with a proven track record
• Experience in SharePoint and TEAMS management
• Experience in a Treasury, Capital management, or Data function
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce senior management reports
• Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders up to Senior Management
