A financial firm is looking for a Head of Engineering and Infrastructure to join their team in New York, NY.

Compensation: $350-500k

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering and infrastructure teams
  • Oversee system architecture and cloud infrastructure
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with business teams on technology initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure and system architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary : $350,000 - $500,000
