2020 Consent Order Data Program Senior PMO / PM (Finance)
Markets Transformation is working on the remediation related to the 2020 Consent Order. The Senior PM/PMO is expected to provide project management support for the program by:
• Preparing concise Markets activity/progress reports adjusted to the audience
• Providing check and challenge on activity/progress reports by other functions
• Utilizing best practice PMO methodology (e.g., maintain plans, risk and issues, etc) that fit stakeholders needs
• Driving end results of the project as a representative of Markets
• Facilitating remediation-related engagement with the Markets product lines
• Proactively tracking project progress against goals
• Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming
• Clearly articulating problems, bringing the right people together to solve problems and knowing when it has been properly addressed and closed
• Promotes partner involvement through effectively communicating project status across a varied set of stakeholders
• Defining, teaching, and enforcing the use of good project management practices (i.e., resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled)
Key Skills Required
'• Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
• Extremely detail oriented and ability to both investigate deeply into content of the material but also look across the portfolio
• Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests/escalation.
• Ability to drive progress issue-by-issue and ensure deadlines are met
• Experience managing inter-department dependencies (e.g., working with Compliance, Technology, Internal Audit, etc.)
• Ability to plan and organize, working well both in a team setting and independently.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, strategically and analytically and to creatively problem solve
• Proven prior experience/successes
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project
Key Skills Preferred
'• Experience on regulatory programs a plus
• Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.) a plus
• Knowledge of Finance regulatory reporting a plus (e.g., Call Report, 2052A, etc.)
Salary : $100 - $103
