A financial firm is looking for a UX Designer Lead to join their team in Jersey City, NJ.


Compensation: $180-200k

Must be US Citizen or GC Holder; No C2C


Qualifications:

  • High-Fidelity UI Design – Translate product requirements into polished UI designs
  • Design System Adherence – Ensure alignment with firm-wide UX/UI standards
  • Collaboration with Engineering – Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility
  • Prototyping & Interaction Design – Create interactive prototypes to validate user experience
  • Tools Proficiency – Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Iterative Refinement – Incorporate user feedback and testing results into designs

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
