UX / UI Designer
to join their team in NYC or Greenwich CT.
Compensation : 150-180k
This is a FT role - No c2c / third partiesA portfolio is required for this role
Responsibilities :
Create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes leveraging firm's Design SystemProactively suggest improvements to the platform, not only in reaction to requestRely on qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisionsCreate wireframes and prototypes using the Lean UX methodology to solve business needs and problemsProvide clearly defined specs and interaction guidelines to the Development teamWork closely and autonomously with Developers and Product Managers to test and review online product enhancements to ensure flawless executionQualifications :
A Bachelor's Degree (BA or BFA) with 10 years of demonstrated experience solving design challenges using user-centered design best practicesExperience leading teams, including performance management, hiring, coaching and mentoringSolid understanding of major design applications specifically FigmaExperience in both (mobile & desktop) web and app applicationsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job doneStrong interpersonal and presentation skills; proven ability to influence and communicate effectivelyExperience in FinTech and familiarity with product internationalization and WCAG accessibility guidelines are preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
