Summary
The Account Provisioning Analyst role is responsible for provisioning, adjusting and deprovisioning end user accounts across multiple partners and systems, adjusting existing permissions, and removing account permissions and credentials. This position is responsible for keeping up with continuously changing authority matrices, updating processes, writing documentation, and meeting service level deadlines. The main focus for this position will be setting up and removal of account credentials, auditing process’ for improvement and participating in team meetings and chats, assisting other teams.

Under general supervision, this role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and removing account permissions for users across a large number of applications and consortium partners.
Employees in this role are expected to:
- Follow detailed documentation and update as/when needed
- Meet Service Level objectives based on employee start, status change and end dates
- Log into different systems
- Create, modify, and remove accounts and their assigned permissions
- Creating, tracking and sending credential checklists to managers and/or trainers, built from the job description matrices
- Read and follow matrix spreadsheets to apply specific permissions per each request and question the matrix owners when needed
- Assist in the creation and updating of process documentation, ensuring understanding of the process
- Troubleshoot permission issues in different applications
- Work within a ticketing system, editing, creating and following workflows as needed
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
- 2-year degree in the field of computer science preferred but not required
Knowledge & Experience
- Qualified candidate must have some knowledge creating, editing Network accounts within Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Basic working technical knowledge of PCs and windows operating systems
- Basic understanding of network environments
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Xcel, OneNote)
- Experience working in ticketing systems; creating, documenting, editing and closing

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range between $24.37 (min) and $26.75 (max)
- In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus eligibility with a target payout of 10%, based on company and individual performance.
