What are the responsibilities and job description for the Governance Program Manager position at Open Technology Solutions, LLC?
The Governance program manager’s primary responsibility is to support, guide, and oversee all aspects of Information Technology and Security OTS and partner related Examinations, Audits, and Assessments. This individual will have the opportunity to work directly with not only all levels of OTS, but also key partner professionals to ensure Examination, Audit, and Assessment success.

- Brings together and provides real-time process and guidance regarding all efforts that require OTS support with OTS and partners Examinations, Audits, and Assessments activities.
- Provides tangible Examination, Audit, and Assessment oversight to ensure all OTS responsibilities and prescribed activities are scheduled, tracked, and monitored to completion.
- Provides real-time partner and OTS reporting to showcase status and progress of ongoing Examinations, Audits, and Assessments.
- Builds, manages, and maintains an ongoing data, information, artifact and reporting library of standard items that OTS provides during Examinations, Audits, and Assessments. (This work will require ongoing coordination with staff across OTS and the partners)
- Provide continuous evolution, development, and growth of the governance program
- Works with Project Management to arrange and schedule meetings between key Examination, Audit, and Assessment stack holders.
- Writes various levels of communication, procedure, handout, and email type documents designed to support the job function.
- Reviews materials (artifacts, documents, reports, etc.) created by others to ensure accuracy and relevance to various requests.
- Works with Project Management to presents progress and results of tasks and obligations to management and other interested parties
- Continuously performs analysis of related processes and procedures, making necessary adjustments and enhancements as required.

Qualifications:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
- Audit/assessment management or similar experience desired
- 3 years of experience in project management

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range between $90,000 (min) and $110,000 (max)
- In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus eligibility with a target payout of 10%, based on company and individual performance.
