As part of the Growth team, you'll be at the forefront of bringing OpenAI's technology to the world. This team works on high-impact projects that aim to amplify our global user base and drive the long-term growth of our products through data analysis, value creation, and experimentation. We aim to make our innovative tools universally accessible, transcending geographic, economic, or platform barriers.
Assist sits within the Growth team —
The Assist team focuses on driving incremental revenue from Small Businesses. It does this in three ways : first, through engaging with the customer; second, by providing key insights from our customers; and finally by driving scale and automation.
This team blends working directly with customers and working internally to develop the perfect customer experience.
About the Role
In this role, you will focus on building revenue systems and programs. These systems will include blending automation, operational and customer facing work. You will be building, testing and scaling new customer engagement motions.
You are expected to be adaptable, moving between experiments and projects to find new avenues for incremental gains. You will be encouraged to question the status quo, push for changes and challenge any assumptions.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will :
Find ways to use systems, tools and automation to better serve our SMB customers
At times, work directly with customers
Design, structure and implement experiments across the SMB customer lifecycle
Work closely with the Growth team and other cross functional groups to build the right experience for all SMB customers
