About the Team
The Research Platform team is responsible for streamlining the development and integration of ongoing training, and increasing alignment across research efforts for our ChatGPT, API, and frontier model runs. This team plays a crucial role in driving critical model development programs, synthesizing research from multiple teams, and ensuring new advancements are effectively implemented against ambitious targets.
About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager for Supercomputing, your role is to manage, align, and track critical milestones and deliverables across all involved teams. You will be responsible for managing & coordinating the overall body of work across many parallel programs / projects, ensuring cohesive communication and consistent alignment across all teams in platform, to all cross functional teams, and up to leadership.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will :
Drive research initiatives and execute complex projects
Act as the connective tissue to enhance model capability deployment.
Create and execute a compute roadmap for your team.
Ensure top priorities are resourced and leverage new research opportunities.
