Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join us in creating comprehensive next-gen satellite ground systems for classified customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new software solutions & features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot, and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to projects as needed

Requirements :

  • Back end development proficiency in Ruby or Python required
  • Front end development with Vue (ideal) or other modern frontend framework also preferred
  • GitHub account history required, or provide other reference code for review
  • Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree required
  • 6 years of software experience required
  • Experience with COSMOS preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skill and teamwork abilities
  • Position will be hybrid between home office and a classified environment on-site
  • Active or quickly renewable Secret Clearance

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

    Compensation Package :

  • Typically 8am - 5pm

    • Monday to Friday

    Education :

    Bachelor's (Required)

    Experience :

    Ruby : 1 year (Preferred)

    Python : 1 year (Preferred)

    Front-end development : 1 year (Preferred)

    COSMOS : 1 year (Preferred)

    Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
