About the Role : We're seeking a Systems Analyst to lead the expansion and optimization of IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) and related applications. This role will focus on scaling business operations, improving existing practices, and implementing solutions for new business requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of ERP modules across manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain
- Configure and maintain IQMS / DELMIAworks ERP systems and perform system setups
- Design and develop Crystal Reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure data integrity and system reliability in a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment
- Provide technical training and documentation for system users
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions
- Establish standards and best practices for ERP usage
