About the Role :

As OpenEd continues to expand, we are excited to offer new opportunities for growth in the Learning Division. We are looking for someone highly organized and ready to oversee enrollment and specialize in the OpenEd curriculum options.

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

We are accepting applications from candidates living in : AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, MA, MD, NM, OK, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WA.

Responsibilities

Enroll 5000 students in over 30 different curriculum platforms
Maintain detailed and accurate enrollment records
Maintain a comprehensive course offerings list
Communicate professionally with vendors and parents
Participate in ongoing curriculum evaluation
Attend weekly team meetings
Build a productive team culture, and contribute to positive collaboration practices throughout the Company
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements :

Detail-oriented with the ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex situations

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for precision and the ability to produce accurate and error-free work

Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time

Maintain high company standards of integrity, kindness, respect, responsiveness, and friendliness in all modes of written and verbal communication

Confidence in the ability to learn various online tools, systems, and programs

Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools including Slack and Zoom

Proficiency with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Forms, Sheets, etc.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or alternative learning experiences, in a relevant field

Experience in education or homeschooling preferred

Internal candidates encouraged

Commitment to maintaining availability during traditional business hours, 40 hours per week

Must have access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
