Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead our innovative team. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tenant SaaS environment and is passionate about leveraging React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js , and Azure / AWS to build world-class solutions that will directly impact the effectiveness of local and state governments.
Our team designs and implements robust, cloud-native applications that streamline permitting and licensing workflows and enhance the user experience for our local and state governments. Your leadership will not only guide the technical direction of a talented team of engineers but also shape the strategic vision of our no code workflow orchestration platform. Responsibilities : Strategic Vision :
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring a robust and future-proof engineering roadmap
- Drive a long-term vision to scale engineering processes, infrastructure, and technology stacks to support organizational growth and evolving business needs
- Influence senior leadership and stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations on technology trends, competitive landscape, and strategic opportunities

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance
