We're seeking a highly skilled Arbitration Specialist with expertise in the automotive field and excellent customer service skills. Your primary responsibility will be investigating and resolving customer arbitration claims efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and verifying information to prepare case resolutions within a CRM database
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Preparing case resolutions and communicating effectively with customers
- Collaborating with inspection and quality control teams to manage policy and goodwill loss effectively
You will work closely with our Arbitration Manager, who will provide guidance and support throughout your tenure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in arbitration support or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
