Most Common Assignments
- Court Coverage – Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions on behalf of retaining counsel.
- Drafting – Prepare motions, briefs, discovery requests & responses, and settlement agreements.
- Research – Deliver concise legal memoranda, case assessments, and advisory opinions.
- Co-Counsel – Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to advance case objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active, good‑standing license with Florida State Bar.
- 3 years of litigation experience.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, hit deadlines, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Zoom/Teams/Webex, and major research platforms (Westlaw or Lexis).
