Most Common Assignments
- Court Coverage – Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions on behalf of retaining counsel.
- Drafting – Prepare motions, briefs, discovery requests & responses, and settlement agreements.

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active, good‑standing license with Florida State Bar.
