About The Role
OpenLoop is seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to support our exciting growth. This position is given the opportunity to build and continuously shape our brand's identity. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, pushing creative boundaries, and seeing their designs come to life. This invaluable team player works closely with developers, marketing, sales, product, and critical stakeholders, to elevate our brands and drive performance across all stages of the customer journey.
NOTE : This is a hybrid role. It will require working onsite at our Des Moines office Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.
What You'll Do :
- Own the design and iteration of multiple websites across OpenLoop brands.
- Design high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with our conversion rate optimization team. You'll dive deep into the data to understand what's working, what's not, and create new designs to drive rapid growth.
- Work closely with our web development team to ensure designs are accurately translated into code. Be obsessive about quality and site performance.
- SEO is critical to our business. You will work with our SEO team to design with site speed and structure in mind.
- Design printed materials such as sales brochures, posters, fliers, and direct mail materials (branded boxes, post cards, etc).
- Own the style of our digital ads across social, display, and other channels.

Salary Range : $ 98,000 - $ 115,000 / annual salary
