Phase IV Mountainside Employee
About the Position:
To provide a welcoming, supportive and structured community living experience which meets or exceeds client expectations for service during treatment.
Schedule:
Per Diem - Schedule will be created weekly.
Your Role:
- Work cooperatively but not limited to Client Services, Extended Care, Operations Teams based on schedule.
- Learn and assist with job functions outlined in each department you are helping with-in
- Take direction from designated Managers and to communicate in an effective and timely manner to same
- Adhere to appropriate business attire standards as outlined in Employee Handbook
- Assist in addressing day-to-day non-therapeutic needs of clients while maintaining a calm, welcoming and professional demeanor and adherence to established standards for “Best in Class” service
- Aid other team members as necessary to ensure that clients experience an unsurpassed level of service
- Promote 100% client satisfaction throughout property
- Ensure that all client related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company’s goals and objectives
- Adopt the Mountainside culture of providing a Best-in-Class Service to all clients.
- Uphold the Mountainside values of Compassion, Professionalism, Integrity and Commitment at all times.
- Comply with Mountainside procedures, policies and regulations relevant to assigned role.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
Compensation:
Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
