Position Overview:
As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Bill Knight Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident conditions while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and detail interior and exterior of vehicles post-repair
- Perform vehicle washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing
- Remove overspray and perform paint touch-ups as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with technicians and customer service staff to meet deadlines
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
