The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while implementing company policies and procedures.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in ADP software
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately
- Experience in conducting employee orientation sessions
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or Dayforce
- Understanding of affirmative action planning and FMLA regulations
