Hydraulic Outside Sales Manager

SALARY: $75K to $85K per year

LOCATION: SE OHIO and SW Pennsylvania

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up new distributors and OEM customers, promoting growth

• Design and apply Heat Exchangers to customer requirements

• Provide Distributor Training

• Develop a sales plan with after sales service

• Use communication, both verbal and written skills, to network with customers to identify sales opportunities

• Must be willing to extensively travel (30%-50%) across the US and Western Canada.

• Possible other International travel, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Engineering, Sales or Related field

• Technical degree (2yr) and Fluid Power Certification, or the ability to obtain CFPHS within a year of employment

• Experience with Heat Exchangers desired

• Working knowledge and experience with Industrial and Mobile hydraulic systems and schematics

• Must have experience to read and understand Hydraulic Circuitry

• Must have general knowledge of Hydraulic Components

• Knowledge of Engines and Engine Cooling Systems is Desired

• A record of successful sales achievements

• Valid Driver’s License

• US Passport

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
