Outside Sales Manager

Our exclusive client is seeking a Hydraulic Outside Sales Manager with Hydraulic Components and Systems knowledge for servicing in the US and Western Canada. Experience with Engine Cooling Systems and Hydraulic systems is required. Increase Sales, gain market share through existing customer base while building relationships with potential prospects in the industry. Profitable sales growth while exceeding company expectations. Develop market strategies and support additional projects, as needed. Reports to the General Manager.
SALARY: $80K to $95K per year
LOCATION: SE OHIO and SW Pennsylvania
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up new distributors and OEM customers, promoting growth
- Design and apply Heat Exchangers to customer requirements
- Provide Distributor Training
- Develop a sales plan with after sales service
- Use communication, both verbal and written skills, to network with customers to identify sales opportunities
- Must be willing to extensively travel (30%-50%) across the US and Western Canada.
- Possible other International travel, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Engineering, Sales or Related field
- Technical degree (2yr) and Fluid Power Certification, or the ability to obtain CFPHS within a year of employment
- Experience with Heat Exchangers desired
- Working knowledge and experience with Industrial and Mobile hydraulic systems and schematics
- Must have experience to read and understand Hydraulic Circuitry
- Must have general knowledge of Hydraulic Components
- Knowledge of Engines and Engine Cooling Systems is Desired
- A record of successful sales achievements
- Valid Driver’s License
- US Passport

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
