Job SummaryAs a Lead Generation Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing B2B lead generation strategies that convert to real business opportunities. Your focus will be on outbound campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM-driven lead tracking to grow our client base in the US, UK, and EU markets.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage scalable lead generation campaigns targeting SMEs and enterprise clients.
- Use LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, and prospecting platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand offerings and develop pitches.
- Manage outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly.ai) to automate follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize outreach performance.
- Mentor and guide junior SDRs and lead gen specialists (if applicable).
- Attend virtual networking events, webinars, and strategy sessions.
- 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales, preferably in a tech services company.
- Proven success in building pipelines and closing meetings for development or SaaS services.
- Expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Upwork, Clutch, or business listing platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
