YOUR IMPACT
The Solutions Implementation team works to support both new and upgrading customers, through the project life cycle by taking them through analysis, definition of requirements, solution design and implementation including supporting client testing phase, project on-board process to a go-live point with any technical issues that arise.
Determine the overview of the client solution by documenting with the Solution Design Document(SDD). Working closely with OT PM to support any technical issues arising either from testing phase or when we move to Go Live and handoff to the BAU/Delivery Managers for the day to day management of client solution.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Act as subject matter expert for Active Products
Liaise with new clients to capture their requirements.
Define and document solution design to satisfy client requirements using OT Active Product set.
Build environments and configure products to satisfy solution design
Liaise with clients and implementation teams during SI projects
Liaising with Sales and Solutions Consultants regarding prospective clients
Liaising with Product Development team regarding client reported product issues/concerns
Liaising with Product Manager regarding compliance related queries or Product Change Requests
Support the Active Products (AIC/AO/AC) implementation and mapping teams regarding queries
Work closely with Project Implementation team in supporting the PM technical requirements
Work closely with Product Development team to drive though product life cycle plans
Work closely with the integration and Mapping teams to drive/lead through technical deliverables
May need to liaise with Engineering teams on new product enhancements depending on project/customer requirements.
Work closely with Customer Support Managers
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Significant experience of working in the IT industry and specifically Global e-invoicing business requirements
Proven experience of managing significant work loads with varying priorities
Good understanding of operating a cloud base service/infrastructure
Familiarity with EDI and XML/JSON standards
Previous exposure to OT or other Industry standard products and solutions would be an advantage.
Understanding of Supply chain and Sell side processes
Understanding of EAI/EDI
Able to maintain effectiveness in a fast paced rapidly changing environment
Quick learner and able to retain a broad range of information in a rapid and complex technical environment
Comfortable supporting multiple work streams, ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
Excellent people skills to work with external customers, internal partners and offshore teams
Strong technical focus with great customer centric approach
Able and willing to provide hands-on analysis of data and generate reports
Strong oral and written (including analytical) communication skills internally and with customers
Focused on delivery, proactive attitude, ability to hit the ground running, can operate with minimal supervision, detail oriented, can handle multiple priorities, go getter attitude.
Focused and driven individual who can work on own effectively
Strong problem solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills
* Self-motivated and detail oriented with good follow-up
* Manage workload through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
An understanding of B2B / EDI / Supply Chain Management/ERP
An understanding various connectivity options like FTP, HTTP, FTPS, SFTP, NDM useful but not essential
Analysis and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using MS-Office tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
An understanding of industry file formats EDIFACT, ANSI and ISO XML is a plus
Must have strong English oral and written skills. Other main European languages would be a benefit.
