Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an Accounts Receivable Manager in the Duluth area. In this Accounts Receivable Manager role, you will oversee the company's accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collections and efficient management of outstanding balances . In an Accounts Receivable Manager job you’ll be responsible for :
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection timelines.
- Monitor customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or issues in a professional manner.
- Analyze aged receivables reports and follow up on overdue accounts on a daily basis.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on accounts receivable performance, including aging analysis and cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare and submit invoice documents to Credit Partner.
- Accurately apply received payments to corresponding invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as accounting standards.
- Maintain dealer information and documents related to credit lines, ensuring asset protection.
- Approve payment shortages based on commercial campaign guidelines.
- Evaluate, calculate, and allocate interest according to parameters set by Management.
- Coordinate with financial partners to validate finance charges on wholesale and retail programs.
What you’ll need :
Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Relevant college diploma or equivalent experience with coursework in accounting is acceptable.
A minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including experience creating invoices and processing payments in a high-volume environment.
Background in Accounting or Finance is desirable.
