Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Program Director for a non-profit in Gwinnett County. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Therapeutic Foster Care program and overall administration. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
In the Director of Therapeutic Foster Care role, you’ll be responsible for :
Participation in the evaluation and training of new team members as requested by the CEO and HR Liaison
Coordination and implementation of staff strategies, interventions and activities, including timing and sequence
Generate and discuss new ideas for improving the TFC program
Be available to help in the confrontation of difficult issues and provide mediation when needed
Participate in supervision of Family Consultants
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years prior experience in a supervisory capacity
Minimum 3 years experience in childcare treatment facilities
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience working in non profit setting
