Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an experienced forklift / warehouse worker in Spartanburg In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to pull / put away orders in sequencing as well as load and unload trucks.

In a Forklift / Warehouse job you’ll be responsible for :
Loading and unloading, move materials on and off trailers, and into and out of storage areas
Stack loads in the correct storage bays, following inventory instructions
Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments
Perform regular maintenance on the forklift, including changing oil and filters, and greasing
Ensure the forklift driving area is free of obstructions, and follow all health and safety regulation
Complete forms, maintain records, and report issues
Count and record the number of units moved, and inventory products
Use plastic wraps and wooden pallets to package goods for transport
What you’ll need :
Sit-down forklift experience
Good hand-eye coordination and peripheral vision
Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines
Ability to follow instructions and keep records
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay Rate : $19.00
