Openwork is currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team in Round Rock. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in executing a variety of human resources programs, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee compensation, and performance evaluations. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and developing HR policies. You will also serve as the main point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions.
As a HR Generalist you’ll be responsible for
- Support the talent acquisition and recruitment process
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave plans
- Conduct employee onboarding and help coordinate training and development programs
- Assist employees with HR-related matters such as compensation and leaves, resolving any issues that may arise
- Promote HR initiatives to create a productive and harmonious workplace
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies
- Manage tasks related to performance management
- Collect and analyze HR data, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates
- Coordinate bi-annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain electronic employee records and files
- Enhance employee satisfaction by addressing issues, introducing new benefits, and organizing team-building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time conversion in the future. The role requires on-site work three days per week; this is not a remote position.
