Openwork is assisting our central Austin client in their search for an HR Intern! If you are currently enrolled in a Texas college or University with an HR or HR-related major this role may be what you're looking for! Work with an amazing team of public sector HR professionals
putting your coursework into practice! This role will last 10 weeks and can be part or full time depending on the selected candidates' schedule!
You'll do : Shadow SME's
Utilize the HRIS
Work with salary surveys and legislation
Perform exit interviews
Design and edit templates
Lots of other duties and learning experiences!
Requirements :
Current enrollment in an accredited University working toward a BA, BS or MA in HR or a closely related field
GPA of 3.0 or above
Keen Interest in the Public Sector
HRIS knowledge is a plus
You'll receive : Weekly pay
Training and mentorship by established HR professionals
