Openwork is seeking a Shop Technician for a manufacturing company in Inman SC. This is a climate controlled facility with a great working environment and benefits.
Job Summary : Perform machine maintenance on textile machinery as well as facility maintenance.
Shift and Schedule : 3d shift 12 : 00am-8 : 00am.
Pay : $19-$20 with $0.75 perfect attendance bonus per hour that is paid weekly.
Job Type : Temp to Hire, raise after hire.
Job Description and Requirements :
- Knowledge of electrical fundamentals.
- Proficient understanding of mechanical operations.
- Possess skills in troubleshooting low-voltage circuits.
- Knowledge of high voltage circuits up to 600 Volts.
- Capable of performing standard daily maintenance on buildings and grounds.
- Capable of working from ladders, confined areas, and elevated heights.
- Ability to use basic hand tools including saws, drills, and other common tools.
- Assist other areas of facility maintenance when necessary.
- Work within a team environment to achieve the current goal for facility maintenance.
- Ability to use computer systems to use work order systems.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Good communication skills.
