Responsibilities:
1. Software. Evaluate reliability, compatibility and functionality of server products
2. Build, test, and troubleshoot all new products
3. Test, Benchmark and document all findings for new products
4. Ensures finished products meet company standards.
5. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
6. Follows test process instructions (TPI).
7. Determines test specifications, methods and procedures from statement of work (SOW).
8. Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems.
9. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
10. May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating
Requirements and Education:
1. Requires at least 6 months of related experience
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets and databases.
5. Familiarity with computer components and handling.
6. Ability to regularly lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds.
7. Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
8. Ability to work on ladders or stools.
9. Highschool diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Knowledge of manufacturing systems
4. Effective in time management and delegation
5. Proficient with MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)

1. AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday – Friday

3. Starting pay: AM $16.50/hour PM $18.50/hour with lots of potential OT opportunities
4. Additional Bonus Pay for working weekends.
