Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Weaving Machine Operator in Enoree. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring industrial weaving machines to produce fire retardant material. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
In a Weaving Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for :
Threading yard through the loom
Adjusting loom settings if needed to achieve desired weave pattern
Starting and monitoring the weave process, making adjustments to tension and speed as needed
Quality control, inspecting fabric for defects like uneven threads, broken yarns, or imperfections
Performing basic machine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrications, and minor repairs
Keeping track of production rates
Adhering to safety procedures

Shift Hours and Work Schedule : 2nd / 3rd shifts, 2nd shift 4 : 00pm-12 : 00am, Monday-Friday. 3rd shift 12 : 00am-8 : 00am Sunday-Thursday.
Pay Rate : $16.75, with production bonus after training. With production bonus pay rate averages between $18-20.
