Local Nurse Recruiter
Remote - Must reside in state of Kansas or Kansas City, MO
🚀Ready to launch your recruiting career? Openwork is looking for a recruiter to join our growing Kansas team! This position supports our Local Staffing Division (QS Nurses). This role is dedicated and committed to connecting healthcare facilities with highly qualified and reliable healthcare professionals.
🏥What You'll Be Doing:
- Source, interview, onboarding and hire qualified healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our active clients for local per-diem and contract needs
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure candidates meet licensing, certification and compliance requirements specific to local, state and federal regulations
- Creates Healthcare Professional submission packets to present to Staffing Team for client review for contract needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications to meet state and federal regulations.
- Ensure all background checks, drug screenings, and immunization requirements are completed before placement.
