- Lead & Develop a talented team of Recruiters
- Drive a Recruiting Engine through creative recruiting strategies and high-impact order fulfillment
- Manage Clients with excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure Operational Excellence through efficient processes and workflows
