A "Day in the Life" of the Field Performance Manager
OpenWorks is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Field Performance Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving the success of our franchise through account growth, retention, and development. Your primary responsibilities are to ensure customer satisfaction to exceed scorecard requirements, work hand in hand with all industry specific training and development of the OpenWorks franchise base. You'll be the cornerstone in ensuring our franchise customers receive top-notch service, leading to exceeding performance metrics and nurturing a culture of excellence within our business.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Foster account growth and retention by providing exceptional service to our customers
- Conduct industry-specific training and development, ensuring our franchises meet and surpass set scorecard standards
- Engage in strategic planning and execution to maintain a high-performing franchise portfolio
- Oversee customer and franchisee satisfaction, implementing measures to enhance their experience and loyalty
- Drive operational efficiencies and excellence through regular audits, quality assurance visits, and tactical support
