A "Day in the Life" of the Regional Performance Manager
OpenWorks is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Regional Performance Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving the success of our franchise through account growth, retention, development, and team leadership. Your primary responsibilities are to ensure customer satisfaction to exceed scorecard requirements, work hand in hand with all industry specific training and development of the OpenWorks franchise base. You'll be the cornerstone in ensuring our franchise customers receive top-notch service, leading your team to exceed performance metrics and nurture a culture of excellence within our business.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Field Performance Managers
- Foster account growth and retention by providing exceptional service to our customers
- Conduct industry-specific training and development, ensuring our franchises meet and surpass set scorecard standards
- Engage in strategic planning and execution to maintain a high-performing franchise portfolio
- Oversee customer and franchisee satisfaction, implementing measures to enhance their experience and loyalty
- Drive operational efficiencies and excellence through regular audits, quality assurance visits, and tactical support
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field, or an equivalent blend of education and experience
- Preferably 5 years in the janitorial or facility services industry, particularly within a franchise model
- Strong leadership skills, preferably with a servant-leadership attitude
- Exceptional in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- A team player who is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and possesses a high level of integrity and assertiveness
- Ability to build long-term relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Willing to travel 60-75% within your assigned market
