What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong supervisory skills to motivate, mentor, and develop your team.
  • A passion for customer service and delivering quality in every interaction.
  • Data-savvy with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project management chops—you can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for connecting with diverse audiences.
  • (Bonus) A background in sales is a nice-to-have but not required!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
