This role involves providing remote administrative support while being available to assist in person for wellness special events held 6 to 8 times a year. You will contribute to the efficient operation of our business and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, pays attention to detail, and brings an innovative eye to the team. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. A good Internet connection is required, and experience using Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain social media posts.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records accurately.
- Manage Zoom Webinars/Meetings, reports, and edit recordings.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
- Organize calendars
- Perform market research.
- Create presentations as assigned.
- Establish a rapport and support team of trainers with scheduling and payroll.
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
- Provide virtual support during events, including webinars, workshops, and client meetings.
- Assist with the planning and coordinating of special events, both virtually and in person.
- Attend special events in the Houston area to provide on-site support.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
- Must reside in the Houston area and be available to provide in-person support for special events as needed.
- Previous experience assisting with event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or in a relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
