We are looking for a CRM PRODUCT OWNER to join our Product Innovation team. As the PRODUCT OWNER, you will oversee the development of the CRM digital product from start to finish to ensure it meets stakeholders' needs and preferences. The main duties include translating the overall vision of the CRM for our organization, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and the developers, managing various backlog items and prioritizing and launching product features based on stakeholders' preferences and organization priorities.
This position is specifically for a PRODUCT OWNER with a heart for social justice through an economic lens. We're looking for a driven, creative product leader who thrives on taking on new challenges, loves developing digital products, understands the power of data, harnesses research to develop user-centric solutions, and ultimately is passionate about creating technology in service of people. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success metrics for digital products
- Communicate program and product vision and priorities within the organization
- Manage multiple digital product development projects to advance the strategic goals of the organization
- Translate a conceptual vision for the team's product into a set of actionable features
- Collaborate with various subject matter experts, including developers, engineers, and end users
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and ideation through development and ongoing refinement / maintenance
- Identify and act on opportunities to continuously improve the user experience within managed products
- Serve as the product subject matter expert for the technical functionality of various platforms
