SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PARTNERSHIPS
Operation HOPE is dedicated to financial dignity and inclusion. We equip young people and adults with the financial tools and education to secure a better future-coaching them through their personal aspirations and life's challenges and facilitating their journey to financial independence. This position will provide partner account management and support for new partner development for key corporate partners of Operation HOPE.
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for securing new HOPE Partnerships, Memberships, and HOPE Global Forum sponsorships. The Senior Vice President must have both the vision and skills to enable the President of Partnerships to foster the successful expansion of Operation HOPE in coordination with all key stakeholders and in response to ever-changing environments. The job requires a flexible schedule, creativity, attention to detail, management experience, and the ability to communicate, engage and collaborate with a wide variety of audiences and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 10-12 years progressive sales experience
- Proven experience in a non-profit organization closing private sector accounts
- Proven experience leading a partnership acquisition team
- Familiar with nonprofit fundraising
- Builds a pipeline of partnership prospects and drives successful revenue objectives
- Assists with the development of sales strategies, pitches, initiatives and proposals to attract prospective partners to financially support Operation HOPE
- A successful candidate should have a prior established network of individuals from the private sector focused on corporate social responsibility.
